hung in boot up

have windows 95.computer starts,booting up and dose nothing.says press f1 for set
up and below says keyboard detected,mouse detected.will not do anythingwhen press
f1 and will not finish boot up.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Can you hear the hard drive spin up when you start the computer. You should hear
it start to spin and make a few clicking sounds.
