Windows ask to uninstall program during start up

Hello Everyone! I have a strange problem on my compute and hope someone can help me. My OS is Windows 95. This happened after I installed a software called spybot. It's a adware/spyware remover program. I think after spybot cleaned my harddrive, it also changed it. What happened is when I start up my computer a box would appear asking me if I want to uninstall Picperks and all it's componets. *Picperks is a picture viewer. I don't want to uninstall that program. My guess is maybe that picture viewer program contains some type of adware... and maybe spybot is asking to get rid of it. I would like to know if anyone knows how to bypass that message? I do prefer to keep both of those programs unless there's no way around it. Thank you

Launch Spybot and go inot it's options settings and make sure it is set to *Not* run at start up.
