VNETSUP.dll error on boot

On my old laptop with Win95 whenever it starts it says:
"VNETSUP.DLL was not found. It may be corrupted or missing. System.INI or the System
registry points to this file but it could not be found.
Press the spacebar to continue..."
It beeps then Windows boots normally with no problems at all.
This is just annoying when I'm waiting for the computer to start. But I must be there
to press the spacebar.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jesse:
Are you sure the message didn't refer to
VNETSUP.VXD?
The SYSTEM.INI file (located in the
C:\WINDOWS
folder, can easily be edited with a text editor to
remove the reference that is calling this file,
but before removing the SYSTEM.INI call, I would
ask "When did this message start appearing?"
Did you remove any "networking" components?
There's some information from Microsoft about this
error message here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q137454/

Thank you so much! Now I don't have to put up with that annoying message everytime
I start. As it turns out, I did remove some networking components. Thank you!
Problem solved,
Jesse
