System Configuration Utility is not included in Windows 95. Is it possible for files
for running System Configuration Utility in Windows 98 or ME to run under Windows
95? If yes, please tell me its files to copy from computer running Windows 98 or
ME to computer running Windows 95. Thank you.

If your talking about "msconfig" yes it will run in 95. It first appeared in windows
98.
