Ok.

So how many floppies are there?

Have you tried a web search and eBay?

1. Download a 95 boot disk.
2. Scandisk the first disk you have; Find a larger file you have a copy of to delete
first as it is packed. Note any damaged files. You should be able to copy from a
CD any that are damaged (use new disks to rebuild), except maybe "Setup.exe" and
"Winsetup.bin".
3. Disk 2 should be one file -- Precopy2.cab
4. Boot, swap in disk 1 and type setup.

You can't copy the Windows cab files of the CD to a floppy there are 1,676Kb, won't
fit.

I believe they used to do a floppy version of Win95 but I've never seen one.

The first two disks in those sets should be nearly identical. Are all four floppies
damaged? If not, use the set that has a good disk 1. Use the other disk 2 when asked
-- Precopy2.cab should just be standard drivers.
You can get a boot disk at bootdisk.com, but that is NOT a setup disk. If both disk
1's are damaged, you might take a win95 cd to a friend's/the library and e-mail to
yourself the files you need.
NOTE: The first two disks should fit on a standard floppy.

I also have the WIN95 disk. My wife LOVES the "Hover" game, but it won't play on XP. Any solutions? Thanks

Hi David:

If you don't find your replacement floppies, here are some
tips for installing Win95 on machines without a CDROM:
