well my computer at home it was working fine when a system error ocurred my friend
let me borrow a boot disk a got it started then it came up to the welcome screen
then it said the disk was corruted and i dont know what to do ok please help

Hi Alberto:
The first thing I would try is running the DOS
version of SCANDISK (probably on your borrowed
BOOT DISK), and see if it can repair your hard
drive corruption.
If your borrowed BOOT DISK doesn't have SCANDISK
on it, you can get a free BOOT DISK that does from
here:
