Could someone suggest a Freeware Download for that Old Windows 95 to be able to Download, Save and Organize Photos? I have gone threw all of the Recovery and Bonus Software that came with the computer because it DID have something in there at one time that did that? But I can't remember what those early computers came with or what would make a good substitute? Thanks!

If you have Microsoft Office installed you can use Photo Editor.

Try Irfanview. It is free and works under win9x through Vista. The current version
can view/edit many picture formats, and some video formats, and it has a nice slide
show feature. But, remember to download both the program and the plugins for maximum
ability to handle pictures.
