The never was any "update". There was an UPGRADE, and it comes with instructions
for its install. If the PC handles Win98, you should skip FE and go straight to
SE, however.

This should not be in this forum. Please post upgrade to 98 questions in 98.

I suspect that the OP is totally non-literate about any kind of computer OS, and
hoped for the 95 to 98 change to be as simple, perhaps, as patching a game sometimes
is.
