Question about 'Things that slow down system bootup'

I have a question about Things that slow down system bootup:

I have a tip concerning defrag.exe from WIN-95. Use defrag.exe from Windows ME instead. It works very much faster :-) And more: change the properties to: ../defrag.exe /all. All yr drives are automagically defragged in that case, no more asking :what drive you want to defrag? Attention: there is a space between .exe and the /
