Question about 'Minimize programs to the Tray instead of the Taskbar'

Tried to download Icon Corral and received an HTTP500 Internal Server Error from
Weber.U.Washington.EDU. It was a home page failure. I have three questions about
this condition.
1. How can I contact the server people?
2. Can this type of problem be temporary?
3. Does anyone know an alternate site or another kind of software the does the same
thing as Icon Corral?
