Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize
Context Menus:
I have a few programs installed which have entries in my context menus
ie. Peek, Quckview, Encrypt/Decrypt, Decode, SACrypt, Select All.
The problem is that these particular context menu items are duplicated
in the same menu when I right-click an icon on my desktop but in Explorer
everything is listed once. How might I remove the redundant entries from
the desktop icon context menus?
