Question about 'Replace the Ugly Startup and Shutdown Screens' Thursday, September 27, 2001 at 8:41 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Lyle (1 messages posted) I have a question about Replace the Ugly Startup and Shutdown Screens: I have 98se and for some reason I absolutley cannot find logo.sys! I have all hidden files shown and I have searched everywhere for it with no results. I can easily find "logow.sys" and "logos.sys" but logo.sys is strangely absent from my harddrive. I looked in both partitions, and all of the subfolders. I am dual booting with 2000 on another partition, but that shouldnt have anything to do with it. Where is logo.sys???? It shows up when I boot!
