Hi, I got similar problem last time but not sure whether you can apply the method
I tried to solve last time for my pc. Go to command prompt and type "edit c:\windows\system\config.sys"
for editing configuration file. When config window is out, type " DOS=High,UMB Device=
C:\Windows\EMM386.exe Noems DEVICE=C:\Windows\HIMEM.SYS"
Hope you can start computer with no error...
