Boot into safe mode and remove the Cirrus Logic card from the display area of device manager, it may still be there. Then you have to check Win.ini, Autoexec.bat and config.sys and make sure the drivers for the Cirrus Logic card are not trying to load. Finally, while in Safe Mode, set your display to the standard PCI video setting. after all this is done, then make sure you have the newest drivers for your new video card, the ones that came with it are probably out of date, and install the newest drivers.
