I have a question about What
to do about error messages during Windows startup:
When I start windows after the desktop shows i get an error message that reads:
Your program is making an invalid dynamic link call to a .DLL file.
If I simply click close it dissapears and does not cause any further problems, yet
it is very annoying. If I do not close the error message and hit ctrl/alt/delete
it shows explorer and print manager are the only two open programs. Print manager
shows as not responding, this would lead me to belive that print manager is the program
that is trying to link to the invalid .DLL file. I have removed my printer and reinstalled,
i have also updated the driver, neither helps. I have opened the Win.ini file and
tried to edit the .DLL files i do not have, but this dose not do anything. I am
curious if there is anyway to update print manager or if anyone has anyother ideas
to get rid of this message. I would appreciate any help!
