Susie: looks like your Print Manager program is loading at Startup and producing
an error message. Click on Start, then Run, type in the command: msconfig This will
open the System Configuration Utility. Click on the Startup tab and uncheck the box
next to your Print Manager entry.
Click Apply and then OK.
