Dump ICS! It's rubbish along with the majority of other MS products! Having said
that I actually use alot of them, but I have found ICS a royal pain.
I now use Proxy Plus which is free. It takes a little while to set up, but it performs
beautifully. And, best of all, there is a very active forum for discussion and tips.
