hmmm...I was going to tell you the URL fix but I just noticed it was gone...I'll have to make another post...anyway, go to START and at the top you should have an Earth ICON. Click it and it will take you to a Microsoft site. Look for the UPGRADE button and click. It will look at your PC and see what files are missing and then let's you download the fix. When mine wouldn't shut down it gave me the download file I needed.
