There is also 1st Clock which comes in both freeware and shareware versions. Http://www.greenparrots.com However, it doesn't look the best with WinXP's new look. If it's worth it to you, there's also the object desktop from www.stardock.com This suite puts controls on your desktop in addition to making your desktop more friendly and efficient.
