Hello Joan. Did you try going to Add/Remove and selecting Microsoft Internet Explore
and click on Add/Remove. A window should open and an option to fix errors to I.E.
Select the fix option and you will be told to reboot . Let your computer do this
and then try what you want to do again.
I hope this helps you, it certainly helped me. Of course sometimes you might get
the message that I.E can't be repaired. If you get that one, uninstall IE and install
it again.
