I have a question about Using
.CAB Files:
This directs users of windows 98 to the Microsoft CabView utility, but when I reach
the download page it says;
"NOTE: This download is not intended for use on computers running Microsoft® Windows®
98, or on computers running Microsoft® Windows® 95 OSR 1 or earlier versions."
so, does anybody else know about Windows 98 and cab files?
