Goto regedit and look for this key...HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\netTrans\
then look through all keys example...(0001, 0002, etc.) until you find the key that
says Driverdesc "TcpIp" and make a new string like in the article you were referring
to and set the value to "1454" or lower...this should work it worked for us....
