it means just that a file name somewhere it to long you will have to rename the file 
to back it up

there is an article at the microsoft site that address this but for scandisk just 
says you will have to change the name or you can try moving the offending file closer 
to the root c:\ if that doen't fix it then you have to rename it..

does it give you the name of this file!!!
