I don't know what you mean by the startup screen or the systems configurations screen, they're a bit vague as far as computing terms go... My guess would be that you are talking about the data about disk drives, etc. as that is the only thing that I can think of that could be described as 'systems configuration'. This is produced by your BIOS (a program held on a chip on your motherboard), and there is probably nothing you can do to remove it.
