I have been using a product by GVC called Gnet. These ones only external devices
that hook up to the network hub (reccomended with even small networks) You can get
it all in one with the modem built in or as 2 seperate units, which do cost a little
more than the all in one, which does allow you to use the existing internal modem
. My original was all in one and the modem quit, so this time I got it as 2 pieces,
hopefully saving money down the road. Oddly enough my connect speeds are now higher,
as are my download rates. (5 kb/s) It is easy to get going, because the "Sharer"
part does all the work w/ regard to addresses. As with any system the more people
the slower the system gets.
The all in one is called IP0001 Internet IP Sharer
The two pice system is called IP0002 Internet IP Sharer
Their web sit should be http://www.gvc.ca/ sorry I don't know why this didn't hyper
this time.
Good luck, if you have any other ?? don't hesitate to return here.--Andrew
