Larry - Thanks for your reply and attempt to help, but --- I looked at the article you to which you referred me. The first suggestion tells me to open the "Registry Editor". How? The second suggestion is to use poledit, which I don't have. The third suggestion is to open the "local Registry". How? And you tell me to "back it up" before making any registry changes. Back up what and how?
