use regedit.exe or copy the below to notepad and save it as Nohood.reg then double 
click on it

jut make sure you have a enter after dword:00000001
make sure you cursor can go at the start of the next line -- rule of reg files

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoNetHood"=dword:00000001
