hi i'm bob start the computer.start-find,type in system. scroll through the files. when you find,reopen. should work. if it asks you to save,put it where you can find it.my documents. don't worry about opening the file. it has probably been damaged by shareware . another program. this type of thing is not terribly uncommon.
