I'm having the same problem in XP. It rearranges the icons. There doesn't even
seem to be a particular order(like alphabetical or by date). In fact, each time
I start Windows, it's different. It kept it's order in 98&se. I got rather used
to it remembering. I like to keep everything I regularly use in quicklaunch, but
with 20+ icons moving around on their own, some of the convenience is lost.
