Hello Britney:
You are correct. You need a Windows 98 start up Disk.
If you computer supports CD booting, you can set up your bios for CD
booting. Make sure you Win 98 CD is in the CD player and reatart the computer.
You will be presented with a menu that will allow you to boot into Windows.
This will not correct the problem but may allow you to trouble shoot the
computer.
The invalid system disk means that the File allocation table may be damaged.
It will have to be repaired before the computer will boot from the hard drive again.
The hard drive could also be the problem if it is malfuctioning.
Good luck
