Thanks Max F and Vernon for your responses.... : ) I am running Win98 but using Office2000. Both CDs are fine as I have been using this config for 1-2 years. However, recently, I junked my older PC and plunk in the old 2-partitioned hard-disk as a data archive so now I got 6 drives partitions C-H. Could this have cause some interference? I know that Lotus Notes drive setting didn't automatically work. Appreciate any additional info and thanks for sharing the POWER!! : )) Derek
