need help for cshook.vxd & system.ini

before i can start win.98 i have to hit enter because it can not find cshook.vxd and system.ini i need help..please be the one to help me,what did i do wrong?and howcan i them back?also i can't use my printer or scanner.i messed up ..thanks for any kind of help....pat
