Now that you mention it, I installed a critical update the day I noticed the arrows.
I tried rebuild icons, no luck there, I looked up those keys in the registry and
there was no inkfile at all. I think this may be the problem. I found the piffile
key and there were no entries under the IsShortcut key. Just "". So, what now?
