You don't give much information about your problem. When did you first start receiving this error message? Did you recently install something and then started receiving this error message? From a quick search on that file, I found other users who get that message as a result of installing a scanner or similiar product. Check out this link http://www.computing.net/windows2000/wwwboard/forum/22616.html and see if that helps you out. One reader tells you where to go to download drivers needed.
