Screen flicker Sunday, April 14, 2002 at 2:48 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Don (1 messages posted) My screen seems to have a flicker that I swear was not there a few days ago. Can the computer cause this or is my screen faulty. I have had 2 or 3 crashes that made my screen go on and off etc. Any help please.
