Hi Katia, I'm also having trouble installing a Stylus Photo 870 into a Windows 2000 computer. I'm thinking it's a similar problem as yours because I used to have a Stylus 875 installed on my computer so the software might see it as a reinstallation. I called Epson tech support and they referred up to 3 levels of support (first guy had no clue, second one had to ask the senior tech support guys). After talking to them for a while, there was still no resolution. Did you try to uninstall the Epson software as the manual instructed? I can't seem to do that in my Windows 2000 system so I may just end up erasing my entire hard drive and reinstalling Windows. Are you having trouble getting the printer to work? If you just want to install the printer, download the driver from the epson site and run it. Let it give you that divide by zero error and then close it. Then go into your settings and click printers. Chose add printer and install it that way. When it asks for driver location, point it to the place where the downloaded drivers are. In my computer it put it in the c:\epson folder. I got my printer working that way. I just don't have the status monitor so I don't see how much ink I have left. Hope this helps, Dan
