Yes, That's tru, 3 seconds for a normal modem. But all don't have the money for cable,
DSL,T1 or T3 such a tip do not help you to get a faster conection, but conect to
the Net in 1.5's. Want to get more speed on a modem try Easy MTU, It helped me.
