Right click on desktop & choose properties. Choose web tab. Click button for folder options. Click yes to the pop up message to view folder options. Then click the tab at the top called view. Look at the folder called hidden files. Click the circle to the left of "show all files". Then when you look through your computer, it will show the hidden folders.
