I got the below info. from another forum with someone having a similar problem. Their's
had to do with a word pad doc though. It's the same idea, and this will at least
give you something to go on. It has to do with file associations. Yours being Hyper
text file.

My suggestion: Look for Hyper Text Template, which is associated with the HTTP in
your error message.
Maybe someone else has more of an idea how to help you from here. You'll either need
to edit or add this, IF this is the root of your problem.
