Hi Newbie here. How did you get on Pat? I deleted a lot of files and have that proble now too. I have Norton 2002. I' plagued with opening explorer if I use e, f, r and M. I have to type with the caps keys and juggle THeM and paste M's. Just going to try the above links. ThaNks for all the help to all concerned in advance. ike.
