Hi I got this message too,
I just tried to uninstall trial ver of PcAnywhere
and can't do anything now since it never able to
bring up the windows desktop (also in safe mode)
I tried to extract explorer.exe, comctl32.dll, msvcrt.dll
also scanreg /fix without any luck
When I tried scanreg /restore and brought back the
previous registry, the system failed to pass part of
PcAnywhere (system stop, is there anyway to bypass this part)
thank you
