The error message says
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor."
When I clicked the "Details" button on the dialog box, the details appeared to be
something like this:
IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module FLASH.OCX at 016f:041b2a4b.
