Are you sure the program exists on your computer? Can you find its program folder
in windows explorer? Does it appear under Start menu/Programs and have an uninstall
option which usually runs an uninstall wizard? If not, you can remove the entry from
"Add/Remove Programs" with Microsoft's powertoy "tweakui.exe". It is included with
the Win98 CD.
