MSConfig isn't an option in Win 98 Only in ME & XP

the system configuration utility (msconfig.exe) was first included with windows 98 and is also able to be found in me and xp (not 2000, strangely enough). if it isn't available on your system, then you might want to run the system file checker (sfc.exe) and extract the executable from the installation files again.
