They provided you with all of their IP and DNS settings? I set up a DUN connection using Earthlink even though their tech said they dont support it (wink wink nudge nudge). Have you tried contacting your ISP to seek out their assistance? It is entirely possible they have blocked such connections, or you are missing the DNS information. Josh
