Question about 'What to do about error messages during Windows startup'

I have an annoying dialogue box that comes up after my desktop appears saying "No
ISDN devices were found. Please install an ISDN device and run the Configuration
Wizard again".
I have no trouble with my modem which is a KTX 28800 bps faxmodem and have never
heard or needed this ISDN device before. I recently installed a new printer - Panasonic
KX-P7100 but do not understand how this would cause the annoying problem. Can some
one please tell me how to get rid of this message on startup.
Thank you.
