The only real fix is to dump AOL. That programs causes nothing but problems, errors, 
and on and on. I don't know what you mean by forced to use it as your ISP. 

All I can say is expect to continue having problems. It's nothing new that they don't 
have a clue, even so, they'd have to tell you the same. There's no way for anyone 
on the forum to help with these problems.
