Remove old isp stuff Thursday, July 4, 2002 at 3:02 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by casey (111 messages posted) I've changed isp's and when I launch EI 6, the bar above the toolbars is still showing Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by 'my old isp'. How can I get rid of the provided by 'my old isp' stuff. If I need to use the registry, please explain carefully. I'm not familiar there. Also, would un-installing IE-6 and re-installing remove it and would that also un-install my Outlook Express. I know a lot of folks use other browsers and email programs but this is what I am comfortable with for the time being.
