Hi casey,
Do this: Start / Run / type in "regedit" (no quotes) / OK / click on EDIT at the
top / Find / in the box where it says, "Find What" type in: "provided by xyz internet
provider"(your's, of course) and no quotes. Be sure all of the boxes are checked
then click on Find Next. As they are found, you can remove them one at a time by
right-clicking on the entry and pressing delete. Go back to FIND Next and repeat
until you are through the registry and then exit.
Good luck.
