Max: no one should have to put up with all of that.
first, do a full system anti-virus scan (if you can), and
next, get yourself away from your present configuration by restoring to an earlier
time when all was well;
use Ctrl or F8 key to boot to DOS(Command Prompt Only)
type: scanreg /restore
press the Enter key
pick a date before the "troubles"
exit and reboot
if that doesn't work, it will be time for a clean reinstall...post back this page
if info is needed on that.
